With many subtle improvements to their layout, operations and offerings. The venue will now be known as Pearly’s, a nod to their spectacular location in Pearl Beach, and paying homage to what many Coasties’s already refer to the affluent tourism hotspot as. Pauly Mac explains how this venue has quickly become one of his most cherished projects to date. “ Sometimes, when I enter a venue to commence working with an existing kitchen team, I receive mixed reactions. However, Chef Cam and his team have absolutely welcomed me with open arms,” Pauly explains. “They are a bunch of super talented and keen to learn individuals and I am so proud of everything we have achieved together. The result is a truly impressive new menu that the team can execute every day to an exceptionally high standard.” “Mark my words, this venue, with this team, are on the brink of achieving big things this year.” Pauly concludes.
