R elaxation means to calm down mentally and physically. Letting all the worries, tension and stress go away from you and you indulge in some me time. There are many ways to relax. When we relax, the flow of blood increases around our body giving us more energy. It helps us to have a calmer and clearer mind which aids positive thinking, concentration, memory and decision making. Relaxation slows our heart rate, reduces our blood pressure and relieves tension. Thereby giving our hearts some rest. This in turn avoids many heart risk factors like hypertension, stroke, and broken heart syndrome. Rest is an important part of a healthy It's so important to Relax. Why?
