Ingredients
Method 1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a cake tin (ideally 20cm x 20cm) with baking paper. 2. Add the egg and oil to a large bowl and whisk together. Add the cinnamon, almond meal, dates, walnuts and and stir well to combine. 3. Pour the mixture into the lined tin and press down with the back of a spoon. Place into the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes. Set aside to cool. Once cooled to room temperature, pour the melted chocolate over the slice and spread evenly. Place in the fridge for an hour or so to set.
